The management
and employees of J & L Personnel Inc.
are committed as a team to providing personnel and
human resources services that meet our customers'
expectations ("Knowing Our Customers' Chemistry")
in an efficient manner, using industry expertise. We will accomplish
this by putting into practice these approved actions: |
1. To respond to customer inquiries and to offer them our services, in a timely and courteous manner, in order to maximize customer
satisfaction.
2. To hire and/or train competent and safety conscious professional drivers/personnel, with required levels of experience.
3. To have and maintain office personnel in place, with industry expertise.
4. To meet the requirements for and to continually improve the effectiveness of an ISO 9001:2000 QMS (Quality Management System) that has been developed to support our corporate culture that is committed to employee empowerment.
5. Top management has established basic Quality Objectives or company goals that are easily measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy, involving various functions and jobs within the organization. Our company goals are reviewed regularly by top management during planned management reviews.
